Are my photos uploaded anywhere when I use Bricko?+

No. Photos you import into Bricko are processed locally on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers, never shared, and never seen by anyone else.

I can't open the photo picker — what should I do?+

Make sure Bricko has permission to access your photos: iOS → Settings → Bricko → Photos → Selected Photos or All Photos. If the problem persists, please email support with your device model and iOS version.

Do you have an Android version?+

Bricko launches first on iOS. We're working on an Android build — sign up to our newsletter on the homepage to be notified when it's available.

Does Bricko have ads or in-app purchases?+

No third-party ads. Bricko may offer optional paid brick palettes or features in the future, but the core puzzle gameplay will always be free of ads and tracking.

How do I request a refund?+

All purchases are processed by Apple. Request a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com — Apple will review your request directly.
