Are my photos uploaded anywhere when I use Bricko?+
No. Photos you import into Bricko are processed entirely on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers, never shared with third parties, and never seen by anyone but you.
I can't open the photo picker — what should I do?+
Check that Bricko has permission to access your photos. On iOS: Settings → Bricko → Photos → Selected Photos or All Photos. On Android: Settings → Apps → Bricko → Permissions → Photos. If the picker still won't open, email us with your device model and OS version and we'll look into it.
Which platforms is Bricko available on?+
Bricko is live on the Apple App Store for iPhone and iPad. Download it free at apps.apple.com — search for Bricko or use the Download button on our homepage. Android on Google Play is coming soon.
Does Bricko have ads or in-app purchases?+
Bricko keeps advertising as light as possible. You'll see a short full-screen ad roughly once every ten puzzles you complete — never during play, never mid-puzzle, never in the menus. On top of that, you can choose to tap 'Watch ad' to double a reward or earn coins faster — that part is entirely up to you. There are also optional brick packs you can buy if you want a head start. We do not track you across other apps or websites.
How do I request a refund?+
Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). For iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android, request a refund through your Google Play account. We're happy to help if there's anything we can do on our end too.
I have a feature idea or I found a bug+
We'd love to hear from you. Email info@abbaristudio.com with as much detail as you can — including device, OS version, and steps to reproduce if it's a bug. A real person reads every message.
